Al Baraka Bank Egypt is seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Management Officer & Change Lead
to join our growing team, planning, executing, m
onitoring, controlling & closing medium & large projects in compliance with the required methodologies directed toward strategic business and other organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the establishment & running of a project management office for a large account handling multiple projects and organic growth activities.
Perform necessary project management sizing & level of effort estimation in opportunity assessment.
Execution of major customer projects by controlling the quality, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Defining the deployment and migration strategy, and the organization set up to ensure deployment, operation, and billing.
Define the deliverables, key milestones; revenue phases; processes, overall schedule, and budget.
Risk Management by identifying, analyzing, and responding to risk factors throughout the life of a project and in the best interests of its objectives; implying control of possible future events and being proactive.
Define the overall Project Plan; manage the execution after full risk analysis and critical management & project delivery
Work closely with all process owners to improve tools supporting process.
Analyzes the impact of the new product on processes, organizations, and operational tools, proposes the necessary adaptations and requests validation from business experts.
Builds the expression of business needs and consolidates the rationale that justifies the necessary process and tool changes.
Manage a team of project managers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management.
Very good command in English
Must have a PMP / Change Management Certificate.
Change Management skills, transformational capabilities.
Agile or scrum master certifications is preferrable.
